Exactly! It depends on where you’re going and how much you want to focus on the food. For trips with big groups, like a family reunion, resorts and cruises are easier for making everyone happy!

I’ve never done a resort like this, but I have gone on a few cruises and I always liked not having to make hard decisions on where to go for dinner. It’s nice to not have to stress out about that, especially since I love finding good food and tend to spend way too much time researching where to go for food. On a cruise, the decision is already made.

I like a resort that’s best of both worlds, all inclusive and onsite activities but not huge and commercialized. Sounds like you picked a great spot to stay! And now I’m craving a beach vacation!!!

And I only visited one city! I hear Caye Caulker in Northern Belize is amazing too. It’s definitely a country I wouldn’t mind returning to.
Absolutely! It would not have been hard to take a short bike ride to the central part of Hopkins, and a few of the other guests did. There was so much to do, which makes Belize a fun place to visit!
