In reply to Kaylin. Absolutely! Matcha items are slowly growing around Austin. I would love to find some matcha soft serve! That's a great idea! There are plenty of unique supermarkets in Austin, even a Russian one I learned about the other day. From experience, you can DEFINITELY find some interesting things in the Asian markets. Let me know when you go!

What creative ideas! We recently made some homemade mochi with matcha powder. I’d like to try some of your ideas, especially the popsicles!

I need to make it my mission to order anything that has matcha in it if I see it at a restaurant. The Factory cafe is right next to my work and I haven’t tried that matcha drink yet. What’s wrong with me?! I loved this party, Anita! So many tasty treats!

Since you mentioned the Asian markets now it has me thinking I want to have an adventure where I go around to the different supermarkets where they specialize in different countries’ foods and grab at least one food to try from each supermarket.
