Here are my captivations lately…
I jumped out of a plane (again)!
My friends and I got together 4th of July weekend to jump out of a plane (me and two others for our second time, two for their first time). The jump was more fun than the first time because I knew what to expect and I felt like I was able to take it all in better. I was surprisingly not nervous except for a few moments in the plane and the first moment flipping out of the plane. I would recommend the experience to all you daredevils out there. I’m not sure there’s any other rush like it.
Capitol City Comedy Club
If you live in Austin – have you ever been to Capitol City Comedy Club? I’ve been a handful of times (three times this year so far) and have always found myself laughing out loud. They pull in great Austin comedians and guest comedians and tickets are affordable – from $15-30 per person.
Summer Cherry and Peach Season
I’m LOVING cherries and peaches! What’s your favorite summer produce?
It Can Wait
I’m already haunted by tragic ways to die thanks to the daily news, and AT&T’s It Can Wait campaign is doing a great job at reminding us why no post, text, glance, email, or search is worth a life. Remember this ad (watch below) the next time you reach for your phone or do anything to take your focus off the road! It can wait.

There Will Always Be More
Fear of missing out and fear of making the wrong decision are real but so is the fact that there will always be more. More opportunities, more paychecks, more stories to live. What does plenty mean to you? This article was thought-provoking to me.
