I went with my family about 15 years ago, so I have a few ideas (like Pearl Harbor and the Polynesian Cultural Center) of what I want to see and do but would love your suggestions if you have any. Any recs for scuba diving, surfing, good restaurants, or a volcano-area hike?

Since my parents will be traveling to Greece soon, I was curious to learn how the recent financial news has affected the country and in turn, tourism. These articles on CNN and Afar can give you some detailed insights. In short, don’t cancel your trip but know you may run into some inconveniences like fewer usable ATMs. Also, this should not affect your travel but the arrivals of refugees from war-torn countries in Greece have increased significantly this year. Summer Vacation
We’re coming close to the end of summer. Tell me about your summer vacations! Where did you go and what did you do? I had a short weekend trip to Chicago in July that was lots of fun. I’m hankering for more travel already!
