Your Austin bachelorette party itinerary planning just got a whole lot easier. In this post, I’ve got six different itineraries for you, depending on what your group prefers.
How to Make a Bachelorette Itinerary
But first, let’s talk about what you need in your bachelorette party itinerary. Here are a few quick tips:
- Think about the preferences of the bride-to-be and the group, things like personal interests, physical level, drinking preference, and budget.
- Consider the season. In Austin, summer can be stifling and winter can be too cold. Also, look at what events are going on in the city. Plan your activities accordingly.
- Schedule/reserve up to 3 things maximum in a day. You want a casual schedule to fit all personalities. For example, maybe you book 1 group activity and have 1 dinner reservation in a day.
- Make time for rest, breaks, and hangovers. In other words, have slow mornings and afternoon breaks.
Using the above tips and the below schedule structure, fill it in! This is for a quick weekend trip, but you can easily repeat the Day 2 structure for a longer trip.
Day 1
- Arrive at your rental/hotel around 3 pm
- Dinner around 6-8 pm
Day 2
- Breakfast/brunch
- Activity – mid-morning
- Lunch
- Activity – afternoon
- Leisurely afternoon time: rest, low-key activity
- Get-ready fun around 5 pm
- Dinner around 6-8 pm
- Pre or post-dinner fun: bars, dancing, shows
Day 3
- Breakfast/brunch
